Vaginal dryness natural solutions work BEST added to an outstanding self-care program!
If you are wondering if a 60-year-old woman could be able to receive a man's love like a 20-year-old, the answer is, "You bet! ...When you have an EXCELLENT self-care program and add just the right products on top of it!"
Are you pre-menopausal, menopausal or post-menopausal and want to prevent or resolve what is known as atrophic vaginitis (atrophy, drying and thinning of the vagina)?
Ideas that really work - what are they?
Vaginal dryness natural solutions that embrace a variety of lifestyle changes work MUCH better than looking for a single product or pill.
I encourage you to broaden your scope when you think about ANY issue you wish to improve. Too often, even holistically-minded people think allopathically (what pill/remedy will solve my problem)?
Think 'indirectly' as well as 'directly!'
For example, what about a serious (I mean SERIOUS) super-slow weight training program or interval training to boost testosterone (yes!) women need it, too!
**Testosterone benefits women in several ways: increases libido, strengthens vaginal tissues, supports healthier muscle and bone, boosts energy and more!**
Thinking 'indirectly' might include considering an iodine supplement or a product like Montiff Neuro-Balance to support better thyroid function, which in turn can have an effect on libido, lubrication and energy level. Another example of thinking indirectly might be seeing if your luxuriant femininity may be boosted by including the world's most fabulous fish liver oil supplement.
There are many lubricants out there, even a very few that have decent ingredients and work well. There are also some natural compounds that are not only quite excellent for this purpose, but often better than commercial female products.
Be clear that if you are looking to progressively IMPROVE vaginal health, you absolutely need the firm foundation of excellent self-care on which to build.
First I must say that the info on this page is purely general. These are just ideas; however one or more of them may be worth considering. Some may be entirely inappropriate for your circumstances.
A by no means complete list of vaginal dryness causes: heavy metal toxicity (which often results in hormonal imbalance), lack of healthy fats and oils in diet, thyroid or adrenal insufficiency, etc.
There are so many possible instances where vaginal dryness natural solutions ideas are needed that it is impossible to give specific advice here for your situation; you must do your own research and reach your conclusions by discovering what works for you.
Here, you will find perhaps some 'outside the box' ideas you have not seen anywhere else. Considering new options will expand your opportunities for success. The issue of how to preserve your youthful femininity and the capacity to enjoy sex is a very individual matter.
Your own capacity for body awareness is essential in all this. What is right, wrong, too much or too little must be determined by feel.
Even if you take a prescribed drug, for example, your feedback to your doctor is critical for adjusting your dosage.
It is a similar situation with any remedy.
Note that such products are addressing a symptom, not a cause.
They do nothing to increase the health and natural moisture of the vagina. ALSO, it is a common complaint that toxic, irritating ingredients are found to cause worse itching, pain and irritation than the original issue.
Astroglide is perhaps the most well-known of all the lubricants. The liquid version contains: Purified Water, Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Polyquaternium 15, Methylparaben, Propylparaben. Glycerin can cause yeast infections and parabens have been implicated as cancer causing. Even the so-called 'natural' version of astroglide has Methylparaben in it. Most reviews I have seen for Astroglide list complaints of irritation, unpleasant stickiness, drying too quickly and some mention unpleasant smell.
I NEVER use or have used such products as Astroglide, KY Jelly and the like. I HAVE tried a less well known formula - Sylk - made from compounds in kiwi fruit. Sylk worked well but had limitations. Exposed to air it became sticky and hard. You could not apply this product much before lovemaking or it could dry up on any skin surface exposed to air. Kept at room temperature for a few months, I found it had spoiled, smelled bad and become unusable.
Hyaluronic Acid Gel Concentrate:
My personal experience: Hyaluronic Acid Gel of excellent quality (do not try to get away cheap - you want the BEST) - is safer and more effective than commercial lubricants. It works rather wonderfully with a VERY natural feel.
Hyaluronic Acid Gel Concentrate is a fabulous way to get a fast start on vaginal dryness natural solutions (but don't stop there)!
Not only that, Hyaluronic Acid is a natural component of young, healthy tissue, therefore has some therapeutic benefits. As we get older, we tend to have less of it in skin and internal tissues. It absorbs and hydrates especially well on moist tissues, hence is fabulous as an internal lubricant as well as good for the skin.
Just one or two pumps on clean fingertip with well-trimmed nails inserted into opening and around inner labia will go a long way to decreasing discomfort and increasing your pleasure!
**Always test on small area of skin before using!**
DHEA: No, don't take it orally - that is not a natural route for DHEA to be best utilized by the body AND can even cause some undesirable side effects, especially in larger doses!
Normally when produced by our bodies, DHEA is secreted into the body through the pelvic circulation.
Vaginal dryness natural solutions especially for women beyond their 40's might include considering the following:
Just half the contents of a 10 mg capsule mixed in the palm of your hand with 2 pumps Hyaluronic Acid Gel Concentrate and couple drops water; gather up on clean finger and gently insert and massage into vaginal walls. This gets DHEA into the body via the pelvic circulation - much closer to nature than oral use. It is a wonderful topical for increasing vaginal loveliness and responsiveness.
Estrogen Oil: This product has a pH of 3.5, matching that of a healthy vagina. A pump or two into the palm of hand, roll a finger in it to take it up, insert and gently massage around vaginal walls.
For menopausal women, vaginal dryness natural solutions including topical use of Estrogen Oil can actually increase thickness, suppleness and hydration of vaginal tissues.
NOTE: This product is meant to be used AWAY from intercourse, as it is preferable not to expose man to estrogen. So it is NOT officially a 'lubricant.' What it WILL do, is to nourish vaginal tissues (your vagina LOVES Estrogen! ) and increase tissue elasticity, plumpness and strength.
Foods that support healthy hormonal balance and lubrication.
One of the causes of poor female health is lack of nutritional compounds that support hormonal vitality. Myths on this subject abound.
Women dutifully eat a diet that may help rabbits to have better sex, but is sure to ultimately wither human femininity. Plants have toxins in them that destroy body tissues - including our precious vaginal lining!
Example: While cholesterol from animal foods helps our cell membranes to be supple and flexible, phytosterols (plant cholesterol) makes our cell membranes rigid and fragile. You DO want your vaginal tissues to be lovely and supple, yes? Phytosterols ALSO wreak havoc with our hormonal health!
It is easy to go wrong when listening to not only conventional so-called wisdom, but even holistic so-called wisdom! I did - and learned neither of those sources really what we as women need to thrive. In fact, they do the opposite!
Here, without further ado, is your Healthy Vagina Food List
Cholesterol-rich foods from pasture raised animals: eggs, raw milk, cream and butter, full-fat yogurt, rib-eye steak, liver, lamb chops - you get the idea - all the foods 'they' tell you not to eat!
Cholesterol from healthy sources is ESSENTIAL for hormone production, beautiful skin and ability of your skin to manufacture Vitamin D when you go out in the sun.
Ratfish Liver Oil from northern Norway - last but definitely not least - my new absolute favorite of all time fish liver oil - hand made, sustainably caught, TOTALLY unprocessed!
