**When you purchase pharmaceutical drugs prescribed by your doctor, you understand that neither the pharmacy nor the drug company will accept return of the product if the antibiotic or other medicine does not work, or has any side effect, which happens quite often. We uphold pharmaceutical standards of purity and therefore do not accept ANY returns of our shipped product.**  There is no way we can please everyone with every product.

REFUNDS POLICY

If an order is cancelled before being shipped, a refund minus 10% of total will be issued. This is because of charges by our payment processor that are taken out of our account, as well as time spent processing the order. Thanks for understanding.
