The safest, most effective therapies for optimal health!

Foods rich in Vitamin D are delightful, both in taste and in nourishment!
They are best served in their raw, natural state.

Too many products out there including conventional dairy products in your local market, AND supplements in the health store that boast high content of such nutrients - are overprocessed, toxic and simply have the 'sunshine vitamin' added to them.
This is especially true of fish oils, one of the most well-known foods rich in Vitamin D. Buying capsules and bottled fish oils is in almost all cases nearly WORTHLESS! Commonly, they are rancid as well.
After much searching and trialling many products, I found only ONE brand of fish oil that could legitimately be included among foods rich in Vitamin D. It is genuinely fresh, raw and shows NO signs of rancidity.
Ratfish liver oil, Cod-Liver oil
RAW Milk, cream, cheese and butter from pasture raised cows, sheep and goats
Egg yolks from pasture raised chickens, and especially from ducks
Meat, especially liver, from pasture raised cows and lamb
NOTE: Many of the above foods contain Vitamin K-2, which helps calcium go where it should - into bones and teeth.
There are many conventional sources that are so misinformed as to issue dire cautions about eating too many foods rich in Vitamin D.
Including a wealth of such items in your diet (assuming they contain only the amount of this nutrient that occurs in their natural state) will not be harmful!
Nearly ALL brands of Cod-Liver and other fish oils have this nutrient ADDED to them. Why?
Did you know that almost ALL Cod-Liver Oils and fish oils are stored in tanks for 1 1/2 - 2 YEARS before processing?? Even under the best of conditions, this results in them turning RANCID and TOXIC!
So, when these oils are processed, they must kill all the virulent bacteria in them by 'molecular distillation,' heat, and even chemical means - to try and make sure you don't get ill from consuming them.
That means - every nutrient worth anything is destroyed! Therefore, the companies ADD BACK Vitamins A and D, Omega-3 essential fatty acids, EPA and DHA.
!!This is why bottles of such products have a specified dose of such nutrients listed on the label - THEY PUT THEM BACK IN!!
You are NOT getting the natural potency found in these foods that are naturally rich in Vitamin D - and NOT getting the integrity of supportive co-factors that go along with them!
