Detoxamin EDTA Chelation Suppositories ingredients question by a reader:
Hi Ellen. love your site so far. I have similar concerns about DMPS and even typical EDTA formulas. I am intrigued by the Detoxamin EDTA chelation suppositories, but would like to see the ingredient list before ordering. Is there somewhere I can go for the full analysis?
Thanks for your interest in Detoxamin EDTA chelation suppositories.
The formula contains EDTA in a calcium di-sodium base. The material that forms the suppository contains methocell, a polymer substance that is approved for culinary uses. Neither I nor any of my many clients who have used Detoxamin extensively have reported any problem with the formula.
Cocoa butter comprises the remainder of the EDTA suppository carrier material.
The Detoxamin EDTA chelation suppositories formula is designed to release the EDTA at a slower rate than cocoa butter alone would allow - melting completely in around 30 minutes. This is more important with larger doses of 1000 mg size.
Medicardium EDTA is carried in a Magnesium Di-Potassium base. Most people have enough calcium and sodium, but not enough magnesium and potassium. Therefore, Medicardium may be a better choice for people who need more magnesium and potassium. The EDTA drops lighter metals in favor of heavier as it travels through your body, so the magnesium and potassium are contributed and mercury, lead, uranium etc. are safely carried out in preference to lighter elements.
The EDTA carrier base in the Medicardium is pure cocoa butter. This has some advantages: it is all-natural; because it melts faster the EDTA is absorbed more quickly - making Medicardium a preferable formula.
It is easy to use Medicardium during the day while lying down for 40 minutes or so. Also, when the inert ingredient (the carrier substance) is eliminated after absorption of the EDTA, there is less residue in the stool.
Sadly, Detoxamin is no longer for sale online. However, there is a formula I personally use and recommend. Just click on link below and it will take you to information about EDTA Chelation Suppositories that ARE available online:
