The safest, most effective therapies for optimal health!

Dangers of soy products are many - they are not good for anyone! Unless you want to destroy your mind, your hormonal health and love life, your body's beneficial minerals supply and muscular strength - STAY AWAY!!
PHOTO BELOW: We have been told for years that meat, eggs and dairy should be avoided - but wait 'til you hear how bad soy is for humans! Pasture-raised animal foods promote health for the vast majority of people.
Dr. Nicholas Gonzalez, who was a famous NYC cancer doctor and is a favorite online mentor of mine, is one authority who is very clear on the dangers of soy products. He presents scientific evidence which is NOT discussed by most holistic information sources. Faulty research says the compounds in such foods help prevent cancer and foster healthy hormone balance in both men and women. ALL LIES!
Some writings say, 'Oh but if you eat FERMENTED foods from this legume, that is HEALTHY' - MORE LIES!! Why pay a premium price for a food source that destroys health the more you eat it!? Maligned pasture raised animal foods are SO much better for you - AND they taste great!
Web Md has an exhaustive list of medical conditions cured by this posonous food: high cholesterol, high blood pressure, constipation, diarrhea, cancer, hepatitis C, fibromyalgia, enlarged prostate, polycystic ovary, vaginal atrophy. They say it improves memory, mental function and muscle strength. Propaganda!!!
High in phytic acid - phytates - inhibits absorption of magnesium, calcium, copper, zinc and iron. Note that zinc is essential for supporting beneficial levels of Testosterone in both men and women. Copper is vital for connective tissue strength.
Phytoestrogens - Long touted as preventing breast cancer and undesireable menopausal symptoms, phytoestrogens have a deleterious effect on hormonal health! Most of what you read tells you to eat plenty of foods containing phytoestrogens. Avoid them; here's why...
Phytoestrogens inhibit Testosterone production and create and overload of estrogen. Phytoestrogens lead to stunted growth in infants, and interfere with normal sexual development.
Protease inhibitors - interfere with protein digestion. Amino acids of which protein is comprised are the building blocks of EVERY tissue in our bodies - muscles, bones, organs, nervous system - AND all enzymes, neurotransmitters and hormones.
So one of the major dangers of soy products is that we are not getting benefit of proteins that support every structure and function of our bodies!
Trypsin inhibitors - Trypsin is vital for good digestion. Dr. Nicholas Gonzalez notes that pancreatic enzymes such as Trypsin - ESSENTIAL for cancer prevention - are inhibited by soy!
Goitrogenic effects - diminish essential thyroid function. Especially in growing children and teens, this is a disaster and destroys cognitive and sexual function.
Saponins (soap-like compounds) are abundant in soy. The plant uses saponins to create bitterness that inhibits insects, birds and animals from eating the plant. Saponins can cause gut inflammation, autoimmune responses and leaky gut issues.
High levels of aluminum - dangers of soy products include heavy metal poisoning! The beans are washed in an acid solution in aluminum tanks - the acid solution leaches aluminum from the tanks and marinates the beans in a toxic soup. This alone is bad for brain health and cognition!
Infertility of men and women, and feminization of men because of phytoestrogens which block our own BENEFICIAL estrogens. Typical effect in men is destruction of healthy masculinity, genital shrinkage and 'man-boobs' - overgrowth of mens' breasts!
Dr. Nicholas Gonzalez maintains that PHYTOESTROGENS ARE AT LEAST AS CANCER-CAUSING AS THE ESTROGENS THEY ARE DISPLACING!!
A new study published on January 8th 2020 finds that both conventional soybean oil high in linoleic acid, AND genetically modified low linoleic acid soybean oil have a deleterious effect on the hypothalamus gland.
Genes in the hypothalamus became dysregulated, with associated inflammation and neurologica, neurochemical and metabolic disturbances. It was determined that neither linoleic acid or stigmasterol in the soybean oil were the cause of the negative impacts on health.
Soybean oil consumption was shown to cause negative genetic changes in approximately 100 genes in the brain. This included genes associated with depression, Alzheimer's and schizophrenia.
The most damaged gene was the one containing codes for oxytocin production. Compromised oxytocin production is linked to autism and depression.
Study author Poonamjot Deol of University of California states, "If there's one message I want people to take away, it's this: Reduce consumption of soybean oil."
