Chronic fatigue syndrome treatment in conventional terms commonly involves drugs. These may be stimulants, pain relievers such as ibuprofen and acetaminophen (liver toxic), so-called 'anti-depressants,' and drugs such as Propranolol (Inderal) to deal with dizziness that occurs when a person sits or stands upright. (Did you know that the last listed symptom is characteristic of adrenal insufficiency)??!!

Conventional chronic fatigue syndrome treatment is NOT considered a cure. It is considered palliative. This condition is officially considered incurable - it must be managed.
