Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Treatment myth and facts.
Chronic fatigue syndrome treatment in conventional terms commonly involves drugs. These may be stimulants, pain relievers such as ibuprofen and acetaminophen (liver toxic), so-called 'anti-depressants,' and drugs such as Propranolol (Inderal) to deal with dizziness that occurs when a person sits or stands upright. (Did you know that the last listed symptom is characteristic of adrenal insufficiency)??!!
Conventional chronic fatigue syndrome treatment is NOT considered a cure. It is considered palliative. This condition is officially considered incurable - it must be managed.
I beg to differ.
Imagine setting out for a drive in your car in broad daylight, only to find that ten minutes later, you are fighting every second to keep your eyes open and mind on your driving. That was me.
Imagine lying down to do some stretches, only to wake up 20 minutes later in the stretch you began to perform before nodding off. That was me.
Imagine having to summon every ounce of your will to begin doing some exercise, then needing to lie down immediately after. That was me
Imagine brain fog severe enough that persisting at any mental task is like a marathon. That was me.
Imagine every morning feeling more tired than when you lay down to sleep the previous evening. That was me.
IMAGINE ALL THESE PROBLEMS LASTING FOR YEARS! That was me.
Maybe you don't have to imagine such things because you are plagued with one or more of the same issues.
Chronic fatigue syndrome treatment 'authorities' say it is incurable.
I no longer have any of the above issues - and haven't had them for years - am I cured or not???
This is yet another 'condition' that, like 'fibromyalgia' is a convenient diagnosis that avoids acknowledging real issues. What issues...?
- Toxicity of all kinds:
Heavy metal poisoning
Environmental toxins such as lawn and agricultural chemicals Additives in foods
Pesticides on and in conventional foods both fresh and processed
Drugs (street or pharmaceutical)
- Electromagnetic fields stress:
Microwave (cell) towers and devices (phones, IPads, etc.)
Brain interference from plain old electrical current (less an issue than the above).
- Bacterial, viral and fungal infections from:
All the above influences
Poor condition of one's 'biological terrain' (all tissues and functions of the body)
- Any kind of stress:
All the above lists, plus...
Chronic fatigue syndrome treatment the natural way requires above all - patience!
First rule; know that it takes TIME to heal naturally! The more entrenched your issues, the more time chronic fatigue syndrome treatment will take. STAY WITH IT - proceed at a pace that you can handle. Essential strategies are listed below.
Eat organic foods (ideally grow your own or buy from farmers).
CUT CARBS!!! Carbs cause inflammation, which weakens all body tissues and invites harmful pathogens. How to cut carbs
Supplements (Amino Acids - VERY important, Vitamins/Minerals - to help absorb the Amino Acids and the proteins in your diet).
Detoxification This should be an ongoing process - Suppository EDTA Chelation, Coffee Enemas
Detox emotional life spend more time with positive people that energize you, less (ideally no) time with those that de-energize you. Spend minimal time on computer and other devices!
