Coffee Enema Recipe:

How to Prepare an Easy-to-Retain Implant

This coffee enema recipe describes how to prepare an implant that is easier to retain than the classic way to do this therapy.

Using the classic coffee enema recipe, you would need to retain 1 - 2 quarts of the brew.

An easier, much more convenient option is using 8 oz of a more concentrated solution and only needing an 8 oz enema bulb like the Cara brand one in the photo to your right.

I have done both, and find this concentrated coffee enema recipe very convenient, easy to retain and monumentally effective in terms of therapeutic benefits and the natural high (new window) my readers and clients so enthusiastically describe.

In preparation for inserting any therapeutic solution rectally, it is good to cleanse first with warm water.

NOTE: **ALWAYS make sure that any liquid used rectally is tepid - lukewarm - because only an inch or so inside the rectum there is not enough nerve sensitivity to feel if it is too hot.** Also, use a natural lubricant such as olive or coconut oil to ease insertion.

Simple Preparation for Your Easy Coffee Enema Recipe

Here's how to prepare for your easy coffee enema, assuming you have done some colon cleansing and/or have a fairly clean bowel.

Just fill the 8 oz enema bulb with mildly warm water, insert the water into the rectum and eliminate. You can do this 1 - 4 times as needed. Massage the colon during elimination for a more thorough cleansing.

You will then be ready for a relaxing coffee enema.

Easy Coffee Enema Recipe Using Organic Light Roast

Recipe for Just One Enema...

1 - 3 rounded tablespoons ground light roast organic coffee in 2 cups clean water: *See detailed boiling directions below.* Once it simmers, the amount of water will decrease. A little experience will tell you how to modulate the amount of water up or down for best effect.

Cool and strain through fine tea strainer.

Then bring 1/2 cup water to boil and strain through grounds again to get more of the precious therapeutic compounds into your enema solution. **Make sure your enema coffee is lukewarm and safe to use before inserting.

Recipe for 4 Enemas...

Add 1 cup coffee grounds to 3 cups water for the strongest solution (use only 1/3 or 1/2 cup grounds for a milder solution). *See detailed boiling directions below.* Once it simmers, the amount of water will decrease.

This should give you a quart of enema coffee which would last for 4 treatments.

Detailed Boiling Directions...

Bring to boil in open pot, then simmer for 15 - 20 minutes in covered pot - making sure it is at a low simmer (just below boiling point, with a little water movement), so as not to boil over.

(The special Blonde coffee my clients and I favor can be simmered 20 - 30 min).

Strain through fine strainer. **Do NOT use a paper filter (paper filters are toxic and also filter out some beneficial compounds).

ALSO: To get the MOST value from your coffee, pour a cup boiling water into the grounds and strain again. This gets much more of the precious therapeutic compounds out of the grounds and into your enema solution.

***VERY IMPORTANT!! Let your brew cool to luke warm with no hint of 'hot.'**

Easy Coffee Enema Recipe Using the Special Gold Roast

If you want to make up a larger amount, the special Blond Roast is the one to use, as it will keep for 1 - 2 weeks refrigerated.

**Even MORE important, the therapeutic effects and natural high you get from this Blond Roast are second to none!**

Time to Enjoy Your Coffee Enema Recipe!

After initial warm water enema, insert 8 oz coffee and lie down for (hopefully) 15 minutes (On old towels in bathroom if a novice, on couch or bed if a pro ;-)

Be sure to have room temperature warm, and pillow and blanket handy for comfort.

Relax and tune in to the subtle nuances of your body. Likely a great first experience assuming you prepare well to retain it. Some people experience a little hint of nausea as gallbladder is activated powerfully for the first time. If so, it always gets better with subsequent treatments - my clients who do coffee enemas just love them!

**For the ultimate smooth and therapeutic experience, 'go for the Gold,' a delicately roasted blend of the highest quality expressly made for enemas.

**Always buy the ground beans rather than whole; the whole beans are too hard for a regular coffee grinder because they haven't been roasted as much as all other kinds of coffee...
