I must admit that learning colon cleanse methods was the furthest thing from my mind when I first met Dr. Bernard Jensen in the late 1970's. My Shiatsu instructor had persuaded me to attend an iridology seminar with Jensen in New York City.

A Living Testament to Colon Cleanse Wisdom

In the early 1990’s, My husband Chuck and I traveled to Pougkeepsie, New York for an iridology consultation with Dr. Donald V. Bodeen, DC, longtime friend and colleague of Dr. Jensen. After our consultation, we chatted with Dr. Bodeen about Bernard Jensen.

I was most curious to hear how he was doing. Chuck and I learned that Dr. Jensen was now 88 years old. That in itself was not as remarkable as his recent story of healing.

He had been diagnosed with metastasized prostate cancer. During the same period of time, he sustained severe injuries in an auto accident and required extended hospitalization plus a great deal of physical therapy.

Severe stress for anyone, and certainly much more challenging for an 88-year-old! The amazing part of this story is that Dr. Jensen refused all conventional treatment for the cancer, applied his own healing philosophy. He recovered fully - living to the age of 93! Dr. Jensen was a living testament to the power of his healing methods.
