Having succeeded in such an endeavor, I find it astounding when someone is looking for the 'one product' that will do it all. There is none!

I understand how people would think 'a' product will accomplish a 'cure.' This idea is widely promoted by conventional sources (and, by the way, too many 'holistic' ones as well)! It is totally erroneous.
Conventional treatments may result in a cessation of symptoms, but in almost all cases will NOT accomplish deep-down lasting results. They CAN"T, because that's not what they are designed to do.
The idea of changing your life rather than taking a pill is daunting to most people who have been progammed with so-called 'conventional wisdom.'
The steps to real healing involve taking major responsibility for gaining the knowledge, discernment and experience of taking your body back from the brink of breakdown that inevitably leads to ill health. It requires courage and openness to trying new protocols. The reward for taking this trouble is a growing sense of empowerment in charting your own course rather than having it dictated to you.
Steps to real healing begins by moving one foot in front of the other. Forty years ago, it took me half an hour to figure out how to cook a pot of brown rice.
It's like learning to surf - you get up on the board in shallow water and fall off. You get back on and move a few feet before falling off again. From modest beginnings, you may be able to go all the way to surfing the pipeline (inside the curl of a breaking wave). That is how I brought myself back from the point of no return. You can do it too, with enough determination.

LIST OF STEPS TO REAL HEALING
1 - Optimize nutrition: Eliminate ALL processed foods, grains, sweet foods and conventionally grown anything. Get rid of non-stick and iron cookware, replace plastic food storage containers with glass. Throw away foods you know are bad for you and don't bring them home in the future.
Begin transitioning to a Ketogenic Diet, which is species-appropriate for humans (and our dogs and cats as well). Either find a local farmer who raises grass fed animals and poultry, or check out Miller's Organic Farm - Amish in Pennsylvania who ship throughout the USA.
2 - Drink only CLEAN water! If you do not have a clean water source such as a deep well, invest in filtration for all water that comes into your home (showers using regular tap water contain a myriad of toxins which get absorbed through your skin). All tap water (read treated water) is suspect!
4 - Downsize or eliminate if possible any drugs (both pharmaceutical and street drugs). They will only stand in your way unless absolutely needed to sustain life.
5 - Detox, detox, detox!!! Heavy metals and environmental toxins stored in your body (we all have them; we are all continuously exposed to them) will cause an increasing downward spiral of deterioration. DETOX IS FOR LIFE if you want to enjoy optimal health and longevity!
I am VERY familiar with the truth that NOTHING in the body will work properly unless we get the mercury, lead, aluminum and chemicals OUT!

6 - If you are not physically active, get moving in a way appropriate to your health status. Regaining physical fitness starts with the first step.
7 - Improve Your Sleep Quality: You spend (hopefully) 8 hours of the day sleeping. See my 'Tips for Better Sleep' to find out how to make those 8 hours part of your healing process.
8 - Boost Your Metabolism: Once you are on your way to recovery, a further step is to optimize your mitochondrial function (cellular metabolism).
9 - Spend time around plants and animals. Make it a priority to be outdoors in nature on a regular basis, and/or bring plants and animals into your life.
10 - Personal Development: Cultivate personal integrity and self-honesty, clear communication, gratitude for the good things in your life and discernment about who you keep company with.
11 - Keep actively expanding and refining all the above.
Remember that true healing is a work in progress for a lifetime. By being consistent and persistent, you will optimize your enjoyment of life. The bonus is, when you are healed, you can use the same tools to stay younger longer.
