Peak Health Defined!
Exactly what is Peak Health?
It is an exceptional state of aliveness!
Let's start with a FEELING to help us define it.
Not long ago, my husband described an experience that evokes the feeling of what I'm attempting to convey with words.
He was the first in line stopped at a traffic light in Saratoga, New York. One by one, about a half-dozen Thoroughbred racehorses ridden by their exercise trainers crossed the road with regal stride.
Graceful as cougars, silken sheen of rich chestnut, copper and bay coats shimmering over supple musculature, the mere sight of such noble, confident beasts left my husband in an utterly transformed state of ecstasy.
Now, here's one analogy...
Whatever you may think of the sport of racing, when you look at the racing Thoroughbred, what do you see?
You see an animal for whom nothing has been spared to bring them to Peak Health.
Diet, nutritional supplements, exercise, coaching and confidence-building, massage, grooming, even regular cleansing of the digestive system to rid them of parasites!
These animals are generally better taken care of than their owners and trainers take care of themselves. While genetic endowment must be factored in, the awesome condition and energy of the racehorse is honed by the fine art of a consistent, top-notch health protocol.
A second analogy...
What if YOU could be like those Thoroughbreds?
Can you imagine what your life will be like when you bring yourself to Peak Health, peak performance AND peak emotional health..?
You will have all the energy, personal magnetism, effectiveness AND the emotional discernment to:
- set your sights high and accomplish all you set out to do
- ATTRACT people, circumstances and opportunities to have the life you want
- be much more discriminating about knowing the right thing to do at any moment.
A third analogy...
What if being in the presence of YOUR vitality could inspire other people (and non-humans, too) feel as uplifted and joyful as my husband felt at the sight of those racehorses?
