Below is the text of a letter I sent out to some customers awhile back.

'Near-Perfect Batch of Endosterol Not Good Enough for Company Owner'

Dear {Customer},

Spencer Feldman, the scientist who developed Endosterol and its companion products Medicardium, Glytamins and Xeneplex, has continually impressed me over 5 years of knowing him, with his unfailing striving for excellence in product quality.

He called me to say that there was one ingredient in the last batch that he felt was not strong enough to meet his stringent standards. He had stopped sending out Endosterol from that batch, but was afraid some had slipped by him and gotten out to customers.

At his own expense, Spencer is sending replacement Endosterol to all customers who received it in the last month or so, and you are on the list of course. 

**By the way, the Endosterol you already have is PERFECTLY good except for the SLIGHTLY less strength of that one ingredient - so DO use it! (I have some from that batch, too). You can just add one of the suppositories you have now, when you take your doses of the new Endosterol.**

***You may not know this, but it is VERY unusual for any supplement company to do such a thing as voluntarily replace a product which is perfectly good in all respects except for one ingredient that is not quite strong enough to meet their standards. Most good companies would just let it go and try to do better next time. Over 95% of supp companies don't care, as you know. 

Please let me know when you receive your second batch of Endosterol. **Remember, the first batch you received is perfect except for the one ingredient and should be used.  

In essence, you are getting a second batch of FREE product because Spencer couldn't stand that the first was not perfect!

NOTE: While this product, and all the other suppository products are produced by an exceptional company, we no longer carry it. 

Through personal experience and VERY deep research, we have determined that - to our best knowledge, a few of the ingredients are not in the best interest of hormonal health.
